On the east side of the courtyard there is a separate guest house with one bedroom, a bathroom and an outdoor seating area. A little further east there is a well and a pump for irrigation of the green areas. 34 solar panels cover the roof and supply the villa with energy. The entrance itself has an electronic door and video surveillance. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet location, in the immediate vicinity of Split, close to all amenities.
