A new project in our offer, 4 town houses, just 50 m from the sea, starting construction this fall. All four houses will be identical, each floor connected with indoor staircase and with each of them having 135 m2 gross size, situated on a 100 m2 plot size. It will consist of 3 floors and a roof terrace, with an open sea view. The lower floor will consist of a kitchen with a dining room and a living room area, a small guest toilet and a storage area, with an exit to the covered terrace. The total size of this floor is close to 47 m2. Going up to the middle floor, we re greeted by a space of approximately 31 m2, that will consist of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, hallway and covered loggia. On this floor is the main entrance to the townhouse. Walking to the upper floor, we have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and also a covered balcony, overlooking the area. This floor has a total of 34 m2. And to finish on a high note, these townhouses also has a roof terrace, that offers the best view from the entire house. Total size of the roof terrace is 23 m2 and it will have both water and electricity connected though, so it would be possible to install a jacuzzi, maybe a shower and an outdoor kitchen as well. Two of the three bedrooms are facing towards the sea and will have a glass wall from side to side, which will allow easy access to the balcony and an unobstructed sea view. There will be floor heating included in the price, split A/C and quality materials in the construction will be used. One parking space per townhouse is secured. They will be sold without furniture but ready to move in. They will be located in a quiet area, close to the sea, just 50 m away. Payments in the first stages of construction will be done in instalments.
