Description

An island in the Zadar archipelago with an area of 128,800m2 is for sale. The island has a small cove where there is an old stone house from the 19th century, 30m2 per floor. Ground floor + floor. There is also an old olive grove surrounded by dry stone walls on the island with 15 old olive trees that have not been cultivated for 70 years. It takes 30 minutes by small boat to reach the island from the port (a larger island nearby), and it takes 10-15 minutes by speedboat. There are plenty of wild olives and long trees (pine and spruce) and other small plants on the island. As for animals, there are a lot of rabbits and pheasants.
