Stone stairs lead to the second floor, where there is a spacious apartment consisting of a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom. Living room has access to the terrace overlooking the sea and the town. The interior wooden stairs lead up to the last floor. It consists of two bedrooms with sea views, bathroom, and a closed balcony that has a beautiful view of the town and the sea. The villa has 5 air conditioning units, is being sold furnished, and has all the necessary infrastructure. The property has no vehicle access, and parking is available on the road nearby.
