From the north side of the building, access leads to a preserved stone cellar with traditional wine-making equipment, and further into the house there is a storage area containing many archaic items still in use. Since all features of this building method have been carefully maintained for centuries, the properties together with the inventory represent significant cultural, aesthetic, artistic and ethnographic value that must be preserved: the property was recently on the List of preventively protected cultural goods and is registered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia. On the northwestern side of the courtyard of this complex there is also a source of drinking water; the property has electricity and water.
